- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am quite happy with the dentist and especially the hygienists. However, I continue to be frustrated by the billing process. Though a patient for 2 years, I go through the same rigmarole every time since the office staff is unfamiliar with the benefits of Blue Cross/Blue Shield despite the fact they are a BCBS preferred provider.
